 Open dates for the Traditional Cooking Workshop : cooking with local ingredients and in tune with the season, learning traditional techniques and, most importantly, calmly sharing the table.

 📅 Period: Every second Saturday of the month, from February to October

 We follow the rhythm of the land: between Catacuzes and Carrasquinhas during the colder and wetter months; the celebration of Spring with the timeless Wild Asparagus Migas or Lamb dishes; the warm weather with Purslane or Tomato Soup; and a Pumpkin with Beans during the autumn months...
